Heiran

Mahi, living in a village in Southern Iran, falls in love with Heiran, an illegal Afghan immigrant. Her parents do not approve of the relationship, but strongheaded as she is, she follows him to Tehran. Mahi becomes pregnant. The next problem arises: they have to hide from immigration authorities and finally Heiran is deported. Mahi, with her newborn child, starts a journey towards Afghanistan, which is under Taliban rule.
