Sadiqa Madadgar comes from Ghazni, Afghanistan.She was still a baby when her family fled to Pakistan during the unrest in Afghanistan. After school, she returned to Kabul to study. Later, she was a contestant on the Afghan music casting show “Afghan Star” and thus started her musical journey. She was evacuated 38 days after the Taliban took over and stayed in a refugee shelter in Abu Dhabi for 9 months. Today, Sadiqa lives in Munich.
