Sol Bondy

Born in 1979, Sol Bondy grew up in London, Mallorca and Berlin. He studied film production at the dffb Berlin and founded the film production company One Two Films in 2010. His films premiered at the world’s most prestigious festivals, such as Cannes, Berlin, Sundance, Venice, Toronto and Locarno, and were sold worldwide. In 2013 he completed the Trans Atlantic Partners program and was recognized by Screen International magazine as one of 30 “Future Leaders: Producers” worldwide. In 2018, he was recognized by Variety as one of 10 Producers to Watch, as well as the program Inside Pictures. One Two Films has produced international successes such as Holy Spider, Persian Lessons, The Tale, The Bookshop, Angry Indian Goddesses and The Happiest Day in the Life of Olli Mäki. Sol is a member of the German and European Film Academy and lectures at the dffb Berlin, the Film University Babelsberg, the Met Film School and at the FAMU in Prague.
