Since 2016, Dr Doris Felbinger has been the managing director of BIG e.V. – Berliner Initiative gegen Gewalt an Frauen. Previously, she worked as a fundraising and public relations officer, head of internal and external communication at the Treatment Centre for Torture Victims e.V., now the ÜBERLEBEN Centre, which offers psychosocial and psychotherapeutic care for women with a migration background who have suffered state and/or non-state violence. Dr. Doris Felbinger will participate as an expert in the Q&A following the film MY NAME IS HAPPY on Sun, 20 Oct.
