What do they still have in common today? In individual retrospectives, they reflect on their professional careers, discuss failures and successes and share their experiences. Together with a group of young students, they discuss today’s challenges and what it means to find your own way in a patriarchal theater world. A cross-generational account of experiences from a feminist perspective that is thought-provoking.<\/h2>
