Climbing 700-metre-high cliffs with backpacks weighing 20 kilograms – secured only by tiny, self-laid pitons – requires immense strength, endurance, trust in your rope partner and, above all, the ability to turn back in time. Six young and committed top climbers from the German Alpine Club’s women’s expedition squad embrace these challenges. Together they prepare for an expedition to Greenland, where not only their physical but also their mental strength is required. DISCO FOX shows that mountain sports are about much more than just defying gravity. With impressive camera and drone footage, the film follows the women as they overcome seemingly insurmountable limits on dangerous cliffs.<\/h2>
