Julia Klawonn was born in Weimar, Germany. After her graduation she moved to Berlin, where she studied acting. After receiving her acting degree, she performed at many theaters all over Germany, for example the Bremer Theater, Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin, Schauspiel Köln and Theater Freiberg. 2021 she started working in the film industry. As an actress she appeared in the feature film „Rex Gildo-der letzte Tanz“ (by Rosa von Praunheim) and in the series „Soko Wismar“ (by Maik Johanns, ZDF). She also started writing her own screenplays and making shortfilms. Julia currently lives in Dresden, Germany as a freelance actress, writer and director.
