We are pleased to announce the opening film of the 26th Woman's Worlds Film Festival: STRAWBERRIES by Laïla Marrakchi.This powerful feature film explores modern slavery in Europe and the exploitation of farmworkers from the southern Mediterranean region from a feminist perspective. The story centers on a young woman who struggles for self-determination and a life of dignity under precarious working conditions.
